The Mediation Effect of Organizational Culture on the Relationship between Strategic Planning and Organizational Excellence

This research uses modeling of structural equations via PLS to assess the 209 suitable questionnaires so as to evaluate the recommended model to determine the mediating role of organizational culture on the relationship between strategic planning and organizational excellence among employees of Fujairah police department in the UAE (United Arab Emirates). The research will describe relationships among the different constructs. Our efforts have improved our understanding of the state of organizational culture. Results suggested that strategic planning have an indirect effect on organizational excellence via organizational culture. The proposed model also clarified 42% of the variance in organizational excellence.
