The excellence concept is utilized in quality management to improve organizational management to the excellent level, to produce excellent results as exemplified by delighting the consumer. The main objective of the current study is to determine the power of impact of transformational and transactional leadership on the excellence of organization. Qquantitative data is gathered from getting in contact with 218 in Fujairah Municipality and sample is obtained using random sampling. The collected questionnaires were analysed using PLS (Partial Least Squares) SEM-VB (Structural Equation Modelling-Variance Based) by utilising the software Smart PLS 3.0. The results of this study revealed that transformational and transactional leadership were positive and have also been proven to be significant predictors of organizational excellence. The results of the current study will give additional insights into productive strategies to reach the organizational excellence in the public sectors in countries such as the UAE.
