The study aims to review and summarize the concept of Worksite Health Promotion (WHP) key factors and its significant impact on employer’s competitive factor and employees performance/productivity and wellbeing improvement. The study reviewed some prominent research papers and identified crucial factors that how WHP interventions are conceptualized, focused and spread over as a form of strategic move for reduction of turnover, stress, health issues and improvement in financial efficiency, cost saving and designing specific programs to cater different issues at the worksite. Finally, the viewpoint of the author was expressed in terms of discussions and conclusions.
