Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA), is a rural job guarantee scheme launched in 2005 to enhance the livelihood security of the rural poor. The Act, guaranteed a minimum hundred days of employment in a year to every willing household. On the basis of present scenario study aims to evaluate the Socio-Economic-Environmental impact of MGNREGA on job satisfaction of beneficiaries under MGNREGA in Trissur district of Kerala.
