In this paper, we carry out the numerical simulations of an SEIRS model with infective immigrants which was already formulated and analysed by the authors. A comparative study of the spread of malaria and dengue is done by varying the various parameters with respect to the corresponding disease. For a given initial population, it is found that the population in exposed state is more for malaria whereas the infected population is more in the case of dengue. However, a change in the immigration also shows an increase in the infected population and this increase is more in the case of dengue.
