In spite of road safety measures and awareness to all the drivers many researches have been under process to avoid accidents. In this paper we proposed a new technique INBROCAST. The INBROCAST technique helps to reduce the number of redundant transmissions based on the intelligent Forwarders. The neighbour node information and the mobility of the vehicles in the highway plays a major role in transmitting the information. The Link Expiration Time (LET) between the two vehicles can be calculated to perform a better transmission in the highway scenario. It helps to avoid the maximum redundant transmission. The emergency message sent by the source or any vehicle can be transmitted to all vehicles within the transmission range. The less LET vehicles were chosen as a best forwarder node. The Comparison is done with SEAD, GTO, Dv Cast and INBROCAST.
