This paper introduces a novel optimization technique named the Novel Intuitionistic fuzzy adaptive teaching–learning-based optimization (NIFATLBO) for the purpose of solving the structural issues. This novel algorithm gives us three important mechanisms for the increase of searching abilities in the teaching and learning based type of optimization which is the status monitor, the proposed technique and the remedy operator. The performance is compared with the other known feature selection methods and the results indicate that the NIFATLBO outperforms the other available methods in terms of performance in the process of solving the feature subset selection in the detection of Autism.
