Heavy metals are the dangerous causes of pollution in water. Increasing levels of these heavy metals in water lead severe problem in public. Data Mining Association rule concept is one of the best mining method to find the association between the samples. In this paper, Apriori algorithm which is the best association tool used to predict the link between toxic metals in the Indian River water samples and considered only six toxic metals such as nickel, cadmium, copper, chromium, iron and lead which is the unfit value of toxic metal. From the experiment predicted the toxicity of iron is high and the cadmium toxicity is very low during the study period.
