The research is focused to find the impact of social media on student`s collaborative learning method. The study is adopt social media by using of TAM model. Social media is most common and powerful communication tool, the study is tried to find the way how to use social media in a powerful manner. The study was undertaken in Dindigul district, Tamil Nadu with the sample size of 100 students. Data has been collected through questionnaire which was later evaluated using AMOS (Analysis Moment Structure) software to validate the conceptual framework. The simulation results obtained from the AMOS software revealed that a greater number of students reported positive impact on attitude and experience in usage of social media for their academic performance. In this study the researcher find better way to use social media in academic. The academic performance may have a positive result when we adopt social media in collaborative learning method by using technology acceptance model.
