Abstract

This paper introduced the electronically tunable Schmitt trigger using Voltage Differencing Transconductance Amplifier without using any passive component. Among the various analogue building blocks, single active device is Voltage Differencing Transconductance Amplifier (VDTA). It was employing as a very flexible, easy to implementing and designing the analog circuits, in versatile building blocks and has been used to realizing different functions. The proposed device mode Schmitt trigger circuit aims one VDTA element without any passive component and it offers manufacturing of IC designing. This circuitry works with the bias voltage is 150 μA, supply voltage is ±0.9 V and electronically adjustable by varying the tilt currents. The execution of the present Schmitt trigger circuit is designing with gpdk 180nm technology using cadence virtuoso tool.
