Look-Up Tables LUTs) are quick recollections that implement logic operation in line with their choice mode. A novel quaternary look up table (QLUT) is proposed by using SRAM for realizing high performance VLSI systems. The main core elements are Quaternary-inverter, Quaternary SRAM cell, Quaternary-multiplexer. A lot of logic levels are measured per line as compared to standard binary logic. The performance is evaluated by using mentor-graphics software.
