Automation is the Buzz word now in Developing Countries like India and also in the Semi Developed Countries like China where there is Huge Population. Though Independence has come 70+ years back and Technology is drastically changing Each and Every minute still most of the systems are following traditional methods to complete the work. Here the Systems are nothing but services provided by the government departments like Revenue, Municipal, MRO, Education, RTO etc.., the technology is drastically changing to give an example 10 Years back having Wireless Phones is Dream but Today 90% of the Population using Smart Phones. Television has become Smart, Washing Machines have become Smart, Refrigerators has become smart, what not society now is smart but not the systems or services provided by the Government Departments. There are few departments who implemented Automation or smart systems for their services like Railways where you can buy Platform Tickets using Kiosk placed in Railway Station without waiting in ‘Q’. They made huge investment on this but 80 to 90% of the Systems are not maintained properly. In this Research paper the main aim is to Make Each and Every Government Services Smart Enabler either by using Existing Hardware or By Making Little Changes to Existing Hardware by implementing High Level Artificial Intelligence Techniques. The main advantage of this research it will improves the Quality of Service Provided and also Employability.
