This research work examines the impact of toxicity on the prey-predator fishery having marine reserve area with prey dispersal in a two-patch environment. Holling type-I (for unreserved area) and Holling type II (for reserved area) predator functional response have been considered. The harvesting is applied on predator as well as on prey in an unreserved area due to some commercial value. The proposed framework has been analysed locally. The existence conditions of the biological and bionomical equilibrium points have been obtained. It is noticed that both harvesting efforts and toxicity rates, play very important role. At last, hypothetical results so obtained have been affirmed with the help of numerical simulations through MATLAB.
