Micro enterprises plays a very essential role in the development of the nation especially rural in India. Micro enterprises show a dynamic part in scarcity mitigation and socio-economic improvement of the poor by giving occupation opportunities. The aim of the project is to study the micro enterprises promoted by the kudumbhasree through their e-commerce portal and their marketing strategies. For this purpose a survey of 200 kudumbhasree units were made and found that lack of proper marketing strategies can negatively affect the functioning of micro enterprises.
