Indonesian economic have been facing slowdown due to China’s economic slowdown and decrease in oil and commodity prices. This phenomenon have been give a lesson on how fragile Indonesian economic was. Any attempt should be take into consideration to make Indonesia economic growth sustain in the long run. One of the option is to improve the contribution of smes on GDP. In the last five year SME’s have been grow in number from 53,82 million units in 2010 to 58.73 million units in 2014. It’s contribution to GDP (at constant price) also have been rise from 18.68% in 2010 to 21.27% in 2014. One major constraint to boost smes contribution to national GDP is the capacity of commercial bank in Indonesia to expand their credit capacity fo smes due to equity problem.
