Empirical Wavelet Transform for the Analysis of Radar Echo Signals

To extract information from Nonlinear and non-stationary signals it is required to evaluate Time- Frequency analysis of the signals. Usually, for analyzing such a nonlinear and non-stationary signals Empirical Mode decomposition is employed. EMD has a drawback of lacking mathematical background. Now, a new technique named as Empirical Wavelet Transform has been implemented which shows usefulness compared with Empirical mode decomposition. This Technique is fast and fully adaptive in nature with sufficient mathematical background. The proposed technique has been showed improvement in Signal to Noise ratio which in turn increase the signal delectability.
