Resolving the problems in mobile communication network like latency, efficiency, bandwidth multi-allocation problem etc by considering the previous technologies in mobile communication comparison. Network Function Virtualization (NFV) has been plays an important role in mobile technology in improving the quality measures of mobile communication. And also explains here different technologies for improving the quality of mobile network by using NFV. After the development in NFV technology combining it with Software Defined Networking (SDN) and improve the proposed system and its Quality measures. After that designing of SDN Controller has been identified for improving the quality measures in the network of proposed system and compare the present SDN Controllers like Open Day Light, Flood Light etc for improving the Quality measures of present network. Mobile communication has been a wide technology now a days for the communication purpose in order to improve the speed, latency, cost reduction, network congestion etc are the quality factors in present network such as 3G,4G etc and to improve our mobile communication technology in present 5G network by taking these Quality measures as the factors. In order to work out the present system the quality measures can be improved by using SDN controller.
