Samaher J. Mohammed, Marwah Q. Majeed and Ahmed M. Ahmed
Abstract

The technological performance and social acceptance of water treatment in silver plates and magnetic waves were investigated in the laboratory of Samarra university to study the effects on water in terms of treatment of salts, sorghum and bacteria, the treatment of silver plates, so as not to leave residues in the water, may cause harm to humans, contrary to the studies that dealt with the treatment of water in Nano-silver that used previously, which can cause great harm to humans. The tests show that there is an increase in (PH, total hardness, Mg and Cl) for all types of water with increasing of test time, but, on the other side, there is a decrease in the remaining factors regarding water treatment. In the case of magnetic field treatment has proved its ability to improve all the properties of water through the deposition of suspended substances in the water, which means the reduction of all elements in the water in a positive manner, especially the bacterial content.
