This paper explores the early introduction of muamalat in Mir'at al-Thullab Fi Tashil al-Ma`rifah al- Ahkam al-Shar`iyyati Li al-Maliki al-Wahhabi (Mirror of those who seek knowledge of Fikah in making it easier to know the laws (MSS 3808, MSS 3858, National Library of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur). It is the first book of the jurisdiction covering the Malay-speaking muamalat field, it was written in the 17th century AD. This writing is at the command of Sultanah Tajul Alam Safiatuddinbinti Sultan Iskandar who ruled Aceh in 1641-1647 AD to the Shaykh of Islam the Acheh of Shaykh Abdul Rauf al-Singkel. This book has become the appreciation of the religion of the Malay world and as the guide of the Qadi in the Kingdom of Aceh Darussalam and the kingdoms of the Malay Peninsula. This discussion finds that the Muamalat in Mir'at al-Thullab encompasses rules relating to human affairs and human relations involving property and finances, rights and disputes among fellow human beings
