The Indian-Railway passenger book tickets at different time. There are three quota of reservation of tickets in Indian Railway. These are General Reservation, Tatkal Reservation and Premium Tatkal Reservation. The cancelled tickets are booked for the waiting customers. The Indian Railway follows FCFS queuing discipline while booking tickets. In the present paper, the average waiting time of a customer is obtained whenever the customer enters into the new type of reservation i.e. General to Tatkal and then Tatkal to Premium Tatkal.
