The company should take necessary steps for Job satisfaction if a worker satisfied present Job he will be motivated. Many factors influence Job Satisfaction such as Job security, Salary, promotion opportunity, working condition etc. So, the company should concentrate on the employee level Job Satisfaction by giving salary hike promotion, other financial incentives. The employee get Job Satisfaction the company is developed. The management must recognize the importance of the stability of employee attitudes that may lead to high morale and production.
