Development of an economy depends on its educational system and faculty members are considered as the builders of nation. Faculty members’ role cannot be ignored when it concerns bringing development, prosperity and progress to a nation. Stability of a social system is facilitated by the encouragement and speeding up of growth through ordered, academically sound and professionally competent faculty. Competent and knowledgeable faculty are considered as a potential strength of any educational institution. Teaching is a highly conscientious profession and faculty has a big role in their students’ intellectual, individual and societal improvement, thereby influencing national growth. Therefore, teachers require adequate competencies to succeed in their career, develop students, create peaceful society, and build the nation.
