Abstract

Designed and manufactured for LoRaWANIoT-DMS, which is suitable for remote wireless wide area sensor network system and has high reliability and low power consumption. Wireless networks are possible and have improved communication distances and terminal battery life over existing products. The developed IoT-DMS is designed for general purpose for easy access to your market and supports various connection methods of DIx4, Dox4, Rs232x1, Rs485x1, Pt100x1, and AdresssX4. When requesting data from the ThingPlug, a Server App, each port state is transmitted to the SKT server by the specified protocol. Long distance communication is possible using SKT LoRa network, and it is easy to install on panel by designing and manufacturing a special case. In addition, all external I / O circuits were electrically insulated by applying DC-DC converter for use without equipment when adding to the industrial site.A pilot test was conducted for the IoT-DMS designed to stabilize the system. The communication data was verified by long-range wireless communication with the solar inverter and control modules to which LoRaWAN communication was applied, and the operation of monitoring and module control of various data inputted from the solar generator was verified. The communication test is the terminal moved a certain range in the open space and derived the data transmission speed according to the moving distance. The test tried more than 100 times to derive the average value and confirmed that the communication was stable. A server was opened for web monitoring, and the system monitoring function, inverter status check function, and system log function were installed in the GUI of the web monitoring application. The LoRaWANIoT-DMS device developed through this study is suitable for remote wireless wide area sensor network system and enables low power and high reliability wireless network. It is expected to be used in IoT-related industries such as electricity and water infrastructure industries, parking spaces and waste management, buildings, bicycles and pets management, logistics, agriculture, factories, and facilities in various industries.
