Online shopping sites have clearly become one of the most popular purchasing alternatives. As it continues to expand, there is a need for determining and maintaining quality in the process of designing, developing and delivering online shopping. In traditional purchasing it is easier for a vender to monitor satisfaction of a customer but in online means it is difficult to monitor such satisfaction. So there is a requirement for this kind of prediction system. This satisfaction prediction system also acts as an alert system to venders to tell about customer’s satisfaction in the shopping. This will also helps in improving customer loyalty outcomes and the overall quality improvement process and focusing on customer retention. The results indicate that for the chosen datasets, proposed approach is effectively predicting the dropout customers in online purchasing.
