In this paper, we study the techniques on cloud computing adopted to improve the load balancing, time scheduling and task allocation. It also provides the challenges associated with load balancing and the techniques deployed to improve the allocation of task to avoid delay and to improve the priority scheduling. Further, it provides the limitations associated with the previous methods and finally, it concludes with the summary, and possible directions for future scope.
