Issues of criminal prosecution in pre-trial criminal proceedings on cybercrime committed in the digital economy have been studied. Ways to resolve major problems that arise in the investigator’s procedural activities when investigating such crimes have been offered, and prospects for the development of the industry legislation have been revealed.
