The article discusses the methods and technologies used in social networks, taking into account the specifics of Internet communications for holding conscious dialogue with a given purpose. Formalization methods to create pages of virtual personalities are considered in detail. The metametrics are calculated specifically taking into account the information placed on the user page, and serve an additional source of information. Presentations of information on metametric behavior of virtual personality in social networks are considered for implementation of the model to increase the efficiency of chatbotwhen discussing the various topics based on the analysis of short messages.
