Abstract

This study deals with the study of the structural and visual properties of (CuO: NiO) films in different percentages (CuO75%: NiO 25%, CuO50%: NiO 50%, CuO25%: NiO 75%).Thin films of (CuO: NiO) were deposited on glass substrates at room temperature by using (drop casting) technique. (XRD) showed that polycrystalline films had a Monopoly pattern of (CuO) and cube structure of (NiO). Average grain sizes of crystals classified from Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) data were found in the range of 53.34 - 87.74 nm. The photovoltaic. Transmittance of films (CuO: NiO) are more 60% in the visual and regions (NIR), which is important for their applications as a window layers in solar cells. Among the electrical properties of the prepared solar cells, the highest efficiency of the films (Cuo25%:NiO75%) deposited on (PSi) was obtained, and the amount of cell efficiency (14.9%).
