Robust Segmentation of Remote Sensing Images Using Optimized Region Merging Algorithm

Dr. Ibraheem Nadher Ibraheem El Hindawi
Abstract

Nowadays, remote sensing technique has been utilized to capture high resolution pictures & it is also sending them to department of central processing for next observations through sensors of electromagnetic. That all type of images has been inserted into the digital format into the system after that next processing has been utilized for purpose of interpretation. Whatever, this processing & technique into the computer was very challenging & difficult because of lack big size Images of remote sensing? For low configuration computers it is very critical to grip large size of datasets of images for long time. Under that case, segmentation has been best option to resolve this problem because it is saving the resources for next processing purpose. Objects of interest from scene have been introduced through this segmentation method properly. There are couple of techniques noted which produce the image segmentation under recent years, but still efficiency, accuracy & scalability has been important challenges noted. The optimized region margining algorithm designed under this paper to segment the large images along minimum computational efforts. For the tile stability margin method has been utilized under research. The image normalization algorithm introduced to flexible &quick process through removing noise also critical data from remote sensing images. Final into the simulation outputs it show that proposed technique gives good robust outputs as compared along existing & except optimized technique.
