This study aims to describe the role of clinical supervision web-based on the teaching professionalism of elementary school teachers. This research collaborates with 22 elementary schools in Jakarta, Indonesia. This study used explanatory sequential mixed methods. The results of this study indicate that the application of clinical supervision was professional assistance that can improve teacher teaching competencies. This application also able to fulfill the needs of teachers about how to control classes, motivate children and used scientific approaches in the curriculum. The presence of the application of clinical supervision also increased the ability of teachers, supervisors, and principals to use technology.
