Implementing Dynamic Rainfall Prediction Algorithm (DRPA) For Forecasting Rainfall by Analyzing World Rainfall Records

Image processing has been established to be an effective tool for analysis in numerous fields and applications of Climatic conditions. Climate change may be a long run method and has a considerable range of image processing applications. Therefore, prediction and analysis of environmental condition changes has become necessary for day to day life. Analysis may be a methodology to determine the abstraction variation and temporal changes for different parameters associated to climate. Rainfall and climatic weather conditions can be predicted by previous history of recordings done in various countries. In our proposed paper Dynamic Rainfall Prediction Algorithm (DRPA) world record of rainfall identical to specified area and its climatic conditions will be compared and predicted. This algorithm predicts the rainfall by comparing climatic condition, vegetation in that area, weather fluctuations and global warming as parameters and the fuzzy datasets of similar climatic conditions recorded in other areas are analyzed and the results provided.
