Synthesis, structure and mechanical properties of the composite material based on zirconium dioxide stabilized with magnesium oxide (ZrO2-MgO) with the addition of wollastonite (CaSiO3) and the sintering temperature is presented in this study. It has been shown that the addition of CaSiO3 leads to significant reduction in grain size, and reduces the size of the dispersion, which is indicates the formation of a homogeneous structure with increasing the content of CaSiO3. It is shown that the hardness of the sintered of composites ZrO2 (MgO)-CaSiO3 is not determined the size of the structural elements of the macro and micro levels, and their density
