Comparing Fuzzy Logic and P&O MPPT Methods for PV System and PI Control Like a Load Controller

In this work, we compared two controllers: Fuzzy logic controller (FLC) and perturb and observe (P&O) for Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT), methods practiced photovoltaic panel (PV) supplied a battery via DC/DC Converters, underneath variable irradiance and temperature. We Know the PV characteristics are take a nonlinear forms, because of the different change value of climatic conditions that give a change to the maximum power point (MPP) of PV. To push up the efficiency system, it demanded to operate PV at (MPP) To obtain (MPP) of PV we chose the comparison between FLC and P&O, MPPT, applied on DC/DC boost to choose the best one between them. Next, the PI control applied on DC/DC buck to charge fastly, the battery, after choosing a good MPPT controller between both.
