Abstract

The article examines the conflict management issues in organizations. The process of conflict situation emergence, its effects, and methods of conflict management are analyzed. The issue of conflict development intensity depending on the stage of conflict development is covered in detail. The mechanism of conflict management and methods of conflict resolution in organizations are discovered. The team of the analyzed organization is found to show an average level of conflict resistance and aim for constructive interpersonal conflict resolution. As a result of the conducted research, recommendations are formed for the improvement of the conflict management system in modern organizations. Aside from the HR policy and staff development, the recommendations include staff motivation, corporate culture, and coordination between the interests of employees and executives. The presented version of the organizational conflict management system comprises the improvement of the remuneration policy, labor organization, and occupational safety and health, as well as the development of a comprehensive staff training system and measures for professional burnout prevention.
