Abstract

The article describes the approach to the laborinputand cost reducing by modeling the product lifecycle management production system, as a system that receives applications for manufacturing, and provides ready products at the output.Deterministic conditions are given under which it is necessary to carry out outsourcing, production processes optimization and cooperation.Lifecycle system probabilistic states are considered taking into account the probability of system state with flow rate and with given flow service rate. A modeling example is given, and for this example, the single-channel system states structural formulas are derived over time, with the products flow time value and prioritydetermination. The production system state assessment modeling process aimed to increase labor productivity, reduce labor intensity and product costis justified. Based on the production process modeling through the design components, it will automate the process of finding the enterprise problem areas and provide organizational networking and cooperation.
