The purpose of this paper was to develop and validate scale for measuring workplace spirituality in Indian context. On the basis of review of literature and feedback from academic professional and experts from selected Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), a scale on workplace spirituality was proposed and questionnaire was developed. The data were collected based on structured questionnaire from 260 employees of Public Sector Undertakings. This research is an attempt to frame a reliable measurement scale of workplace spirituality by validating the factors and optimize the contents of the proposed instrument obtained by empirical views from the experts on its dimensions and statements. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) revealed various distinct factors that constitute the new instrument of workplace spirituality of Indian Public Sector Undertakings.
