With the rise of internet and computer technology, there is a surge in the E-Commerce industry. And the increase in internet speed and easy accessibility has encouraged trade over internet tremendously. The new innovations and development through internet triggered shopping of customers online. The Social media and digital marketing techniques have increased the visibility of various consumer products online. It is found that if we properly market and take any product to the people on social media, a high customer acceptance and a higher conversion rate will be quite possible. The study is focused on analyzing the influence of demographic factors of Kochi people on online shopping. The sample size is taken as 110.
