This research paper is based on the financial statements of KFC from 2012-13 to 2017-18. During the period of study 4798 enterprises availed loan from the Corporation. KFC provided 93.72% of loan to Micro sector, 5.54% to Small sector and only 0.72% to Medium sector. Small and Medium business sectors should be attracted to gather business for the Corporation so as to improve its financial performance. This study also suggests that KFC should ensure better earnings to its equity shareholders. KFC has taken proper measures to control Non-performing Asset (NPA) in the last few years; more strategic measures should be taken so that NPA of the corporation is completely eliminated.
