The paper presents the results of studies on the movement of raw cotton inside a pipeline with a variable cross-section of a pneumatic conveying system used at ginneries. The patterns of parameter changes during the movement of components inside the pipeline are analyzed, technical solutions to improve the efficiency of the process are proposed.
