Knee joint replacement remains a dynamically developing area in modern orthopedics. The authors performed an experimental study of the components with TiN coating: measured microhardness by the Vickers scale, wettability of the CoCrMo and TiN-coated components, and assessed the coating adhesion strength using the Scratch test method.
