Comparison of contractors‘ performance can provide robust benchmarks for contractors and help to identify ways towards performance improvement. The study is to provide a method for evaluating the performance of contractors on Government and private construction projects. Questionnaires are to be designed depending upon the various factors which affect the contractors‘ performance in Government and private sector projects and to be distributed to various construction companies. Then the responses are yet to be received and the survey results are to be analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software and the frequency of the responses can be found.
