Determination of the amount of production analysis at this time is very necessary in various industries. PT GentaTrikarya is a Guitar industry company currently not free from various problems in running its industrial wheels. One of the problems is in the aspect of determining the upstream production planning of the industry. For example, in the process of determining the amount of production carried out on a monthly basis, it is known that PT GentaTrikarya still uses manual methods, such as determining product sequences, whereas in fact this is very crucial because it directly impacts the production time, source readiness power, as well as the target to meet market needs, besides that, the consistency of production scheduling is sometimes not in accordance with what has been planned. To answer the above problems the researchers tried to solve the problem of determining production using fuzzy logic, because compared with other logic systems, Fuzzy logic models feelings or intuition by changing crisp values into linguistic values with fuzzification and then putting them into knowledge-based rules. From the calculation of guitar production data according to the Mamdani method in January 2016 obtained 846 guitars, and using the Sugeno method in January 2016 obtained 895, whereas according to company production data in January 2016 produced 850 cartons, then from direct comparison analysis with data which is original to the company, it can be concluded that the method closest to the truth value is the production obtained by processing data using the Mamdani method.
