The main reason for increasing the data rate is number of users is increased nowadays, due to this growth, network bandwidth has to be utilized in efficient way and the user data speed also to be maintained in good manner. To achieve a high speed data, Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) is the only way and is to be combined with Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) will be a better way for high speed communication. Cross layer algorithm was an efficient in multimedia communication and the modified QoS guarantee Cross layer algorithm will supports high data rate over network. We prefer MatLab Simulator for simulating this setup and the outputs are shown that a guaranteed data is achievable over a heavy traffic.
