In this work, we present a first of a kind procedure using twin roll mechanism to fabricate glass fiber reinforced polymer composites. Polystyrene resin is used as polymer matrix material and E-glass fiber is used as reinforcing material also SiO2 is used as filler material to obtain a hybrid composite. Twin roll mechanism with different curing temperatures along with varying speed of rollers was used to fabricate glass fiber reinforced polystyrene resin composites with MEKP and Naphtha Cobalt as catalyst and accelerator respectively. There are four types of composites were fabricated by keeping the composition constant and varying the speed of rollers and curing temperatures namely temperature of 0-700 C, temperature of 70-1100 C, temperature of 110--1700 C, temperature of 0-1700 C. Mechanical properties such as tensile, hardness and bending properties were investigated. Additionally, microstructural analysis was done for the better properties obtained specimen and orientation of the fibers and matrix was studied.
