LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) is the safest and most economical fuel used for cooking. Considered a modern fuel LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) is one of the most demanded cooking fuels. The buying capacity of the urban and rural consumers has risen. The objective of this work is to assess the level of satisfaction of the users towards the quality of service offered by gas agencies. For this purpose, a questionnaire was framed and samples were collected from the rural respondents using random sampling method. The collected data were analyzed using percentage analysis, descriptive statistics, Kruskal Wallis test and multiple regressions. The study concludes that customer satisfaction depends on factors like performance, feature, reliability, conformance, durability, serviceability and aesthetics of the LPG dealers.
