Abstract

The vast emission of greenhouse gases abruptly affecting the air quality from last decade in moreover developed and freshly populating cities. Whereas the industries that produces the non-biodegradable products as the waste, much small in mass that can travel in air and contaminate the environment poses the problem over its disposal. As several techniques is developed across the countries for these disposals, the construction industry pays its contribution through using it in their material production process which is verified from the past studies. Green concrete and green building must be promoted to the advanced level to serve the world with better quality of life as same the world expects for. As to bring forth our idea, this paper includes the study of influence of silica fume and red mud on the compressive strength, split tensile strength, flexural strength of concrete.
