Culture, Committment and Career Success (3C’s) in Higher Education Institutions

Abstract

Higher Education Institutions are regulated by University Grand Commission and other Institutions. The new Education Policy is expected to insist on higher quality standards in every institution. Quality can be maintained by creating a suitable culture. Strong Institutional Culture is capable of producing many positive outcomes. This research aims at understanding the relationship among 3Cs i.e, Organisational Culture, Organisational Commitment and Subjective Career Success. The research reveals that the relationship between Organisational Culture and Organisational Commitment is moderate, but Organisational Culture has significant influence on Subjective Career Success. Research on Subjective Career Success is very few. Further studies on outcomes of Subjective Career Success will enable in framing suitable environment for retaining and maintaining Talented Staff Members.
