Prostate cancer is a pathology that develops from healthy prostate cells that transform and grow in an anarchic way until they form a mass called tumour. Our main objective is to simulate the pelvic region (prostate, bladder, rectum and femoral head) in a water box using the simulation platform Monte Carlo GEANT4, on the one hand to calculate the total deposed energy and the accumulated dose at the prostate for a determined number of events, using an incident photon beam that varies between 6 and 18 MeV, and in the other hand to calculate even the deposed energy and the deposed dose to the prostate for each event, while protecting the organs at risk. In the following, we opt for the simulation of the accelerator head to compare the results with the clinical data. In fact, thanks to this program, we can compare the numerical results obtained by the real hospital results, in order to test the reliability of our program.
