Optimizing the Navigation of Vessels on Hai Phong - Vung Tau Route by Neuron Network

Optimizing the navigation of vessel is problems are not to find the shortest new sea routes, but rather to change the control parameters corresponding to the changing of weather and hydrometeorology to help the ship not only following to the rout but also to ensure the kinetic quality and optimal control energy. Vessels are the control object that is nonlinearity, moving in complex environments and to be effected of random interference: Waves, winds, currents…which is effecting on the quality control of the ship's direction and trajectory. The programming of the best seafaring is a very difficult problem and the solutions of it are not completely corrected. In this paper, we propose the application of artificial neural network to find an optimal cruise for ships on the Hai Phong - Vung Tau route to improve the efficiency and safety in maneuvering and navigating ships.
