With the current movement of Effat from a college to a university, a huge growth in the students’ number, faculty members, staff members and services is observed. This project was developed to achieve the goal of the fast an efficient communication between Effay University and it's students. The idea of this project derived from the current problems found using Effat university’s website on a mobile device, such as the inability to access tabs, the huge size of the pictures and multimedia on the website that affected the access speed, and the lack of some of the basic information. The main objective of this project is to design and develop a reliable source of useful information for Effat University using a mobile Internet based application. A survey was carried during the data collection and analysis process. The findings were the determining points regarding the requirements of the project.
